Rocco Cristiano Mente was born in Potenza (PZ) on March 13, 1994.

In 2016, he graduated at ‘’Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore’’ of Rome in Healthcare Management.

In 2018 he obtained a postgraduate Master's Degree in International Management Legislation and Society at ‘’Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore’’ of Piacenza. 

Rocco Cristiano worked as a Volunteer from 2018 to 2020 at the Honorary Consulate of Italy in Liverpool with Avv. Marco Boldini.

He currently works as a Sole Trader Consultant in the legal/economic field in the city of Liverpool.

Since the 21st September 2021 he holds the position of Honorary Consul of Liverpool.

Marco Boldini is a lawyer and notary, barrister at the Middle Temple Inn (London) and expert speaker at international round tables (Brexit and financial sector) and was named by the magazine Legal 500 UK as one of the rising stars in the legal sector for the year 2017. Marco is also active in the academic world, especially at the "Cass Business School" in London where he teaches Financial Services Law.

From October 2018 to July 2020 he held the position of Honorary Consul in Liverpool.

In 2019 Marco Boldini won the prestigious award “Individual of the Year financial services regulatory sector” by Legal 500. Marco has been selected amongst 70,000 lawyers across UK.
